If the group doesn’t fill
Each departure needs a minimum of 6 riders. If a departure doesn’t reach that, we will tell you at least 3 months in advance and move you to a different group’s departure dates.
Moving your dates
If you need to change your dates, get in touch and we can arrange to move you to another departure.
Weather, road closures and force majeure
If typhoons, landslides or government restrictions block the planned route, our tour guides will take a detour on a different route, so the group still arrives at the planned destination.
Leaving a tour early
There are no refunds for unused days if you leave a tour early.
How to cancel
Email us at ridenow@dme.vn or message us on WhatsApp, and include your ride and booking details. We refund according to the table above, and a refund usually takes 1–2 weeks.
