1. Booking and confirmation
You can book a tour by email or WhatsApp. Your place in the group is confirmed once we receive your deposit, and we then send you a written confirmation of your tour, dates and price.
2. Payment
Tour prices are quoted in US dollars. We accept credit cards and overseas transfers via Wise. For DME tours, a 20% deposit secures your place, and the balance is due before the tour starts; we confirm the exact due date in your booking confirmation.
3. Rider requirements
Riders must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid passport, a Vietnam entry visa, a 1968 Vienna Convention International Driving Permit with motorcycle validation, and a driving licence from their home country, also with motorcycle validation. We strongly recommend at least 3 years of riding experience. Please tell us about any medical condition that could affect your riding.
4. Changes to itineraries
Weather, road closures and safety can make it necessary to change a route. When that happens, your guide will adjust the day and keep the tour as close to the original plan as possible. Changes made for safety are not grounds for a refund.
5. Liability and rider responsibility
Motorcycle touring carries risk. You are responsible for riding within your ability, following Vietnamese traffic law and your guide’s instructions, and for any traffic violation fines you receive. You are responsible for your own travel insurance; we recommend a policy from World Nomads.
6. Cancellations and group size
Groups run with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 riders. If you need to cancel, or if a departure does not reach the minimum group size, the Cancellation Policy explains what happens to your booking and your money.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you directly and in good faith.
