We collect the details we need to organise your ride: your name and contact details, your passport and driving licence details, relevant health information, and your payment details.
2. How we use it
We use your information to administer your booking, reserve your accommodation and keep you safe on the road, including reaching your emergency contact if we need to.
3. Who we share it with
We share your information only with the partners who help us run your trip: hotels, transport partners, payment processors and insurers. We don’t share it with anyone else.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for your booking and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we securely delete digital records and destroy paper copies.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or delete it, or to withdraw your consent to us using it.
6. Photography on tour
We don’t restrict our customers from taking photos on tour, so capture as many beautiful moments as you like.
